Day 1
Arrival To Marrakech
Arrival and transfer to your riad. Free evening to relax.
Day 2
Historical Marrakech Exploration
Marrakech was founded in 1070 by the Almoravids and later expanded under the Almohads and Saadians.
Visit:
Koutoubia Mosque – Built in the 12th century under the Almohads; its minaret became a model for later Maghrebi architecture.
Bahia Palace – 19th-century palace showcasing Moroccan-Andalusian craftsmanship, zellige tilework, carved cedar, and courtyard design.
Saadian Tombs – 16th-century royal necropolis rediscovered in 1917.
Jemaa el-Fnaa – A UNESCO-recognized cultural space representing oral storytelling, music, and popular traditions.
Guided interpretation focuses on dynastic history, urban planning, and craftsmanship traditions.
Day 3
Outdoor Family Adventure in the Atlas Foothills
Excursion to Terre d'Amanar, located in the Toubkal foothills. The park promotes eco-tourism and environmental education. Activities include zip-lines, tree climbing circuits, and guided nature walks adapted for families.
Continue with mule riding in nearby Amazigh villages to understand mountain agriculture and traditional rural life.
Return to Marrakech.

Day 4
Moroccan cooking Workshop
Participate in a family-friendly cooking class. Learn how Moroccan cuisine balances spices, slow cooking techniques, and seasonal products. Children engage in bread preparation and pastry shaping while adults explore tagine preparation and spice blending.

Marrakech To Agadir
Drive south to Agadir, rebuilt after the 1960 earthquake. Modern Agadir reflects post-colonial urban planning combined with Amazigh identity.

Agadir City & Crocodile Park
City orientation tour including:
Agadir Oufella hill (panoramic historical site)
Marina and coastal promenade
Visit Crocoparc Agadir, which houses Nile crocodiles in a botanical environment designed for environmental awareness.

Taroudant & Souss Heritage

Taghazout & Atlantic Experience
Visit Taghazout, once a fishing village, now known for Atlantic surf culture. Family-friendly surfing classes introduce ocean safety and wave basics.
Afternoon visit to Paradise Valley, a geological canyon with palm groves and natural pools shaped by erosion in the Anti-Atlas region.
Day 9
Museums & Medina
Visit the Amazigh Heritage Museum in Agadir to understand indigenous history, jewelry symbolism, and migration patterns.
Explore Medina Coco Polizzi, a reconstructed medina reflecting traditional architecture using regional building techniques.
